SKILLS Development
Ambassadors will train in 6 leadership skill development areas. At Leadership SOAR Convention, youths can enter into the Eagles SKILLS Competition to display the skills they have learned.
Additional Information
Skilled competition areas are First Aid, Customer Service, Extemporaneous Speaking, Interviewing Skills, Prepared Speech, and Dining Etiquette.
Competitors are judged based on specific guidelines given and taught during training. Prizes will be awarded to Gold, Silver and Bronze level winners. In addition, winners will be awarded prizes sponsored by participating companies.
